Our support workers are fully committed to giving you the support and care you may require to achieve your personal goals and aspirations. Whether it’s exercising at the gym, becoming more independent, learning to cook, making new friends, getting into a self-care routine, learning to ride a motorcycle or a car, or studying a course at university, we are here to lend you a helping hand. Through our person-centred approach, we include our clients and their families. We understand that all of our clients are different, and we tailor our support to the individual needs of our clients. We can help out with lists, making a cleaning routine checklist, de-cluttering your wardrobe, storing household goods or growing a vegetable patch in your garden. We also assist you in taking your medication at the right time.
